SALES AND POLICY:
Terms, prices and
policies herein supersede all previous quotations either
verbal or written. All prices are subject to change without notice.
SHORTAGES:
CLAIMS:
Shortages, errors or price adjustments must be reported to our office
within 24 hours of receipt of order.
RETURNS:
Parts are
returnable if they are found to be defective and an RMA# has been issued
by an authorized staff member. A 15% restocking fee may apply (at our
discretion)
to products that are returned and found not to be defective unless due to our
error. Freight must be prepaid on all authorized returns.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
All orders canceled
within 5 business days are subject to 5% cancellation fee
that will be applied towards your refund. No cancellation on orders that has
been
shipped. Should an order needed to be canceled while it is on transit for
delivery,
our return policy will apply.
SPECIAL ORDER:
Our return
policy will apply to all special order items that are cancelled.
MADE TO
ORDER:
Returns are not accepted on all Made To Order
Items. A 25% cancellation fee
may apply when you cancel your order while it's in the making process.
The build process may take up to 4 weeks before it can be shipped.
SHIPPING:
Our primary method
of shipping is UPS Ground and FedEx Ground. We also offer
Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air and 3 Day Select are available at additional charge,
Large shipment will ship by freight trucking service at an competitive price.
PAYMENT:
We currently accept
PayPal, Money Orders, Cashiers Checks Personal Checks. Additional processing fee will apply for all
AMEX payments. Personal Checks: We require 10 business days for funds verification. We currently not accepting International Orders. We no longer ship
COD. There will be a $25.00 fee on all returned checks per transaction.
WARRANTY:
Merchandise is
warranted against defects of material or workmanship when
properly installed. Any claims of damage or defects to products must be reported
prior to installation. All merchandise warranties are limited to replacing or
repairing any part returned to us which upon inspection, is found to be
defective.
Claims for labor charges will not be allowed.
SHIPPING ERRORS:
If an incorrect
item is received due to our error we will issue a UPS or FedEx
Call Tag and pick up the part at no cost to you, upon receiving the item we will
re-ship by UPS or FedEx Ground at our expense.
SHIPPING
NOTIFICATION:
Customer will
receive Shipping Notification via e-mail once package/s is
shipped. In this notification, you will find your order details and tracking
number/s.
